Required Information

  • The following information is required in order to make a booking with us:
    • The name under which the reservation will be held
    • Phone Number
    • Credit card details, including:
      • Card Number
      • Expiry Date

Please note: The card provided will not be charged unless a prepay is requested; guests may pay however they wish when they arrive on the day of their reservation

Cancellation Policy

  • The provided card will only be charged if:
    • A cancellation is made within 72 hours of the date of arrival
    • No cancellation has been made and no one arrives to claim the reserved room(s)
  • Late cancellation/no-show charge is equal to 100% of the first night’s stay’s price for each room.

Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in: 3:00pm
  • Check-out: 11:00am
  • Early check-in and late check-out are possible on request for an additional fee.

Special Reservation Requirements

  • For group events: please contact us directly for blocking dates and additional group options and we will be happy to accommodate your party
  • It is required for a guest wishing to stay in one of our weekly-rate apartments to visit the office in person to make a reservation

Smoking and Pets

  • No smoking is allowed inside the building. For those who wish to smoke, smoking is permitted outside.
  • No pets are allowed.
